Thanks to these collective efforts, and following EBN\u2019s four mission commitments, we can be proud to have achieved in 2021:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li><strong>Regional, Sustainable Economic Development:<\/strong> Through comprehensive set of services, EU|BICs ensure innovative entrepreneurs to thrive with excellent survival rates after 3 years \u2013 85% - and 5 years \u2013 74%. 2021 was also very successful in terms of job creation, with 13,400+ jobs created in companies supported by EU|BICs.<\/li><li><strong>Quality Business Support:<\/strong>&nbsp;In 2021, we helped more than 36,600 companies and entrepreneurs to get a head start getting their innovation on the market.<\/li><li><strong>Access to Finance:<\/strong>&nbsp;For the second consecutive year, over 1 billion euros of funds were raised by supported companies. <\/li><li><strong>Scaling European Innovation:<\/strong> Our pan-European nature is one of our greatest assets to bolster the expansion potential of European startups, scaleups and innovative SMEs.
