In addition to this, and to ensure that this program is also a real retreat, workshops and leisure activities will be available at your disposal.<\/p>\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>Madeira Startup Retreat<\/strong>&nbsp;aims to bring together 8 Startups focused on Tourism &amp; Travel. For two months the executive team of each startup will relocate, work and share business experience here in Madeira, as well as, interact with specialized mentors in Global Tourism &amp; Travel from Nova SBE . This program not only facilitates and improves company culture, but also promotes relaxation opportunities. By joining us, you will be able to partake in intensive networking events, training and workshops.<\/p>\n<p>During the duration of the program, a talent management student will be assigned to each startup to provide assistance.
