startWEB is a talent scout in Madeira in the areas of programming, design, computer science, and management, but also for all those entrepreneurs who aspire to new challenges! Participants must be able to implement innovative ideas by using the Web as the main tool.
Contestants may submit entries for the development of a new software, a new game, a new application, or a platform for online sales ... but always thinking about who the user of this service will be.

The winning teams may receive over €15,000 in support to implement their new idea on the Web.
