Do you work on digital, personalised, predictive, preventive, participatory or precision medicine solutions, and are you ready to take your solution to market?
The InnoMedCatalyst Accelerator is an intensive 8‑week acceleration programme delivered in a remote format (from April 13 to June 15), designed to support health‑sector entrepreneurs from product validation through to investment readiness.
Selected projects will gain access to:

For this edition, the programme is seeking innovations in diagnostics, artificial intelligence, robotics, preventive medicine and telemedicine, with strong intellectual property, market potential and a clear regulatory pathway towards clinical adoption.
A Startup Madeira is a regional partner of the InnoMedCatalyst which aims to enhance regional innovation capacity within precision and personalised medicine ecosystems across Europe. This consortium, led by the North-East Romania Regional Development Agency, includes 13 partners from 8 European countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Spain, Greece, Italy, Poland, Portugal, and Romania. It brings together regional development agencies, clusters comprising laboratories, research centres, healthcare units, accelerators, and other key stakeholders.

The application process is carried out through Life Science Open Space, a platform dedicated to promoting innovation, collaboration and progress in the life sciences sector. This platform aims to connect researchers, entrepreneurs, investors and industry experts, enabling the exchange of knowledge, cutting‑edge projects and partnership opportunities. Being part of this community allows for meaningful collaborations, the exploration of emerging trends, and active contribution to shaping the future of the life sciences sector.
