Startup Madeira is pleased to announce the fourth edition of the Madeira Dev Community and welcome speaker Magda Kufrej for a talk that will take place on February 27th, between 6 pm and 7 pm, at Startup Madeira (Penteada Campus, Floor -1).

Magda Kufrej is the founder of Work Ally and a certified career coach supporting mid- and senior-level professionals seeking greater meaning, clarity, and momentum in their careers. With a background spanning journalism, EU public administration, sustainability consulting, and climate-tech startups, she brings a systems-level perspective to career strategy and reinvention. She serves as Lead Career Curriculum Trainer for Climatebase, the Silicon Valley–based accelerator recognized by Forbes, and has guided over 3,000 professionals through interactive workshops and 600+ hours of coaching. Magda combines mindset work with practical frameworks to help people turn reflection into confident, strategic action.

In this tlak, participants will creatively design and activate their own “private superhero” to navigate high-stakes career moments with confidence. Blending performance psychology with hands-on exercises, the workshop shows how intentional identity shifts can reduce fear, unlock courage, and elevate presence. Attendees will craft a personalized superhero persona aligned with their talents and ambitions, and leave with a simple activation ritual to use before interviews, presentations, investor conversations, or key decisions. Ideal for anyone who needs a confidence boost to perform at their best when it matters most.
